Welcome to S. C. Lee!

My name is Brian Jost and I will be serving your students as the Campus Principal.  This year begins my 25^th year in CCISD.  Throughout my career, I have worked at the Elementary, Junior High, and High School level.  The first 14 years teaching also included coaching football and baseball.  I was the Head Baseball Coach at CCHS from 2003-2009.  From 2009-2014, I served as an Assistant Principal here at S. C. Lee.  From 2014-2019, I was given the opportunity to be the Campus Principal at Hettie Halstead Elementary.  My extensive career in the school district has prepared me to come back to Lee. 

On a personal note, my wife and I will celebrate 25 years of marriage this year, along with seeing our daughter, Rachel, graduate from college and our son, Colby, start college and play baseball at that level.

Education is the key, let’s have a great year!
